Brooks Pastries started as a quiet ambition — to bake things worth waiting for. What began in a small kitchen on West Broad Street grew into a gathering place where regulars know the baristas by name and the croissants arrive before sunrise.

Every morning, our bakers arrive before dawn. Butter is folded by hand, dough is rested, and every batch is shaped with the kind of care that can't be rushed. We source local dairy, stone-milled flour from Ohio mills, and coffee roasted within the city limits.

This isn't a chain. It's a corner store that happens to make some of the best pastries in Columbus — and we're proud of that.
